Nestled in Swanage, a beloved little seaside town in the Purbeck Isles, our gallery- Ballard and Bay is a home for local arts. We support and showcase the very best of both established and emerging artists in the area and provide opportunities all year round for artists to be part of guest exhibitions.

Founded in 2024 by two local artists, Nicola Stockley and Briony Maple-Lowing, their aim is to create a creative space for fine artists and makers alike. The gallery showcases a huge selection of work, with contributions from over fifty artists who work in a range of media including paintings, ceramics, woodcraft, metalcraft, glass, jewellery, textiles and stone.
