All Artworks remain the property of the artist until full payment has been received by Ballard and Bay Gallery. We act as an agent on behalf of the artist-
Once full payment has been made, ownership and any associated risk transfers to you, the buyer.

If you wish to reserve an Artwork, this can be done by paying a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the artwork’s total amount. We will hold the artwork for an agreed period.
All Artworks remain the property of the artist until full payment is received.

Ballard and Bay Gallery does not accept returns with a money back guarantee unless an item is faulty.
In the rare case that that you do wish to return an item we can appropriate the full amount for the artwork you paid for as instore credit provided the following:
The Item is brought back within two weeks.
The artwork is in its original condition and packaging, ready to be re-sold.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you purchase an item online.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

We may use your information to:
process orders that you have submitted and carry out our obligations in any contracts entered into by you and us. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. When you purchase products from us your payment details are processed by a third-party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
